A'S FOR EFFECTIVELY ADDRESSING THE MISTAKES

A's for effectively addressing the mistakes

AWARENESS

Be aware and ensure the mistakes don't go unnoticed. If you are not even aware, then by the time you realize it could be too late.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Accepting that the mistake has happened so that it can be effectively addressed, and you can shape the resolution positively.

APOLOGY

To write a positive end note it is important to apologize to move on. It does not help to make excuses.

ACTION

Make amends or at least try to, as good as you can. It may not work all the time, but you did your best.

ADDITIONAL GENEROSITY

As possible show generosity, go above and beyond. This will lead to strong relationships and long-term success.
